Seriously no idea....But is there any confusion with UK and other markets??
In the UK solid white, guards red come at the same no cost as the mica Baltic blacks, lapis blue & meridian (silver)for example. In most European markets and certainly the US metallics come at adiitional cost.

As soon as a colour goes out of production it goes on to special paintwork and this is £2500,,,but don't know special 4.You can basically have colour to sample.

The 993 was available in an Iris blue,,,when 996 came out and this wasn't a colour on the current list you had to pay the extra £2500,,some people did...

Er..don't know if this has been of much help...sorry!

Ta for the input...

Just to let you know what the hell I'm on about - in the 911 'book of spec' it says:

"If you can't find the colour you are looking for you can always choose one of our optional range of four special colours"

...but it doesn't say what they are, and they ain't on the website... and the dealer says he'll try and find some samples... (they must be very special!).
