When doing some high speed runs, 60>140 etc my 996TT went into limp mode, luckily solved by turning car off/on.. I've got an exhaust/dv's/fearnsport map, boost .9 95%, was seeing a few 1.0's at top end..

Is the car overboosting, is something getting too hot (or not cooled down enough?).. Only happened once ... I checked all hoses, no obv. leaking, MAF is fine as the when it went last time the symptons were more erratic...

Any input welcome...

Normally that is a negative deviation boost error. It is triggered when requested boost is more than what the turbos can achieve. Take it to Andy and get him to read the errors.
