Is it possible with a fecking car!?
Dam right it is - and I've not realised how much until today.
And that's because my beloved 993TT is for sale:

So many reasons why it has to go - I need the cash, I need a practical car and can't afford both, getting married, etc etc etc.
I'm absolutely gutted - I've waited 10 years for this car and I can't quite believe it has to go.
But it does - I just hope there's still good 993tt's in the market in a couple of years.
Thought I'd post here as a few guys have asked to let them know if it ever came up for sale.

Lovely looking car there Kenny, terrific.
Going thru a similar dilema at present; do I sell my Westfield that has been my project car for the last 14 years, going from sporty road car to track missile (that I have no time to use...) in order to fund a GT3? (did the wedding thang a few years ago, baby thing last year, and now thinking ahead for schooling costs, it's never ending!)

You're right guys - true PH replies....but I've been through all scenarios and I can't see a way out.
I've made my mind up - let the grieving begin.
Selling the TT plus the daily commute - to be replaced by a VW tuareg.
I'll be back though - it's in the blood.
Have you tried the Lexus hybrid 4x4, my missus drives one and its a pleasure to drive even after my T2 and TT. I've made my mind up - let the grieving begin.

a 993 is practicaljust got back from 2 weeks in Italy and managed to pack 2 weeks worth of clothes (Mrs Envy has more shoes than Jimmy Choo), 3 cases of wine and half the years production of Parmisan cheese and hams.
To boot, 3107 mile trip, 97 gallons of fuel (32mpg) all at rather ahem enthusiastic speeds and the cars in the garage covered in flies and road grime just sitting there saying - is that all you got?
