4 Tyres uneven.
Discussion
Folks,
My tyre condition on 997 as follows, and I would like to know what you think I need to do:
All Michelin Pilot Sport.
2 fronts have 3mm, but mini-cracks on sides of road-face, should they be replaced?
Passenger side rear has 7mm ( only replaced it 3 months ago, is the reduction from 8mm healthy or something wrong somewhere?)
Driver side rear has 2mm left, should it be replaced?

You should have replaced both rears together !!My tyre condition on 997 as follows, and I would like to know what you think I need to do:

Personally, I would change all four and keep the least worn rear as a spare at home in case you get another nail in one of the new rears.
Lots of places are doing 4 for the price of three type offers on Michelins.

Yep - change them. You've got 5mm difference across the rear tyres? That's not ideal - think about it - the circumference is going to be about 3cm out. Differential and rotational matters aside, in an ideal world you want to change both the tyres on the same axle at the same time but especially so if the remaining tyre is quite well worn - when the difference is at its greatest.
