996TT Front tyres
Discussion
Mine are doing the same and at the last service they said that it would need a 4 wheel alignment at some stage, although every other 996 with a few miles on the tyres seem to have a similar wear pattern.
The question is does it need an alignment or do the tyres just need changing, my fronts have done about 12k (P Zero Asymetrico N3).

This is normal, due to the camber at which the front wheels are set.
You just need to look that they are wearing evenly on both fronts and that this inside edge wear is not too excessive.
All 4 wheels are set up like this to a certain extent, to help with cornering when the tyres on that side are loaded up.
Go around corners faster and harder and you will find this balances it out
