centre caps

Does anybody know how to remove the centre caps?

Is there a tool?

I find using an allen key as a hook and a pair of pliers normaly does the job... be careful if they are coloured crests though (doesnt take much to make the drop off the centre cap)

There is a Porsche tool like a 2 pronged U shape wire ..........

And they come up on ebay every now and again for about £3.

The other option is to remove the wheel and push the cap out from the rear. Less likely to damage the caps that way.

Thanks guys. I like the idea of removing the wheels, can clean the calipers and check the discs as well!
