My 993 is having some rust round the windscreen repaired by a nameless (for the moment) OPC – they badly fitted a new screen 2 years ago which has caused the rust. It took 4 months and 3 inspections for them to agree it was their fault...

While it’s being repaired they’ve given me a Cayenne as a courtesy car. Having had the car for a week, I’ve just received an email requesting that I move the Cayenne onto my insurance as it’s costing them £50 per day. They also state that this is usual practise for all their customers.

Does this sound correct? Or is my definition of courtesy out of date?

Thanks
Mark

If they're fixing a problem of their own causing, let them pay for the insurance. They normally try to make you pay but stick to your guns. If they don't want to pay it they should fix your car quicker!

Here's something just for the OPC concerned.
