That doesn't look quite right...like a kit car or a conversion from an earlier 911...

Certainly doesn't look quite right for the GT1

apparently after that pic was taken the guy who owns the cars was done for blocking the guy who owns the houses drive.

nice touch though the way his gates are open at the time of the pic, makes you think the car belongs in that house.

Clearly made by someone with more money than sense, this kit is supposed to turn a 996 911 in to a Carrera GT. If you can read the seller’s all-caps post without having your eyes burnt out, you’ll see he bought a salvage title 2000 model 996 and stripped it down. Most of the body panels are now made of fibreglass, which makes the car “lost a lot of whait”

Porsche GT1 Replica

Mid-Atlantic Euro Sports is offering to the discriminating Porschephile the opportunity to own a replica of the legendary Porsche GT1. Built on a late model, low mileage, Porsche Boxster S platform, this replica is as close to a Factory GT1 that we know of being offered to the component car world.

We have brought together a very competent group of builders, racing fabricators and custom car people who will turn out a very stunning re-creation of this legendary Porsche.

ok this is the funniest replica picture I've seen in a while. The car comes straight out of a cartoon! the front and rear overhangs are out of this world (literally). Whoever did this, that's one ugly car you got there, and you surely already found out somehow.
