this car has been for sale for ages why? . 06 reg under 1k miles, looks great. opc cars are more than this with over 10k miles. looks good to me IMO.
More questions than answers I'm afraid : -Are there many Mk 2GT3s selling through the official dealer network now ?
1. 60K is a large amount of money for what is to all intents and purposes an "obsolete" model
now ?
2. It's overpriced for an indy ?
3. Any other use of it than as a garage queen will slaughter it's residuals ?
I see said the blind man.
I think the guys have got it sussed out. Is this a UK car? I thought that the late 996 GT3's had additional radiator cooling vented through the strip at the front of the bonnet. Also that spoiler looks like something from the US market. Did they not have the C-Profile 'Aerokit' item? Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Next as you say £60k is a lot. If you went to Germany (and I know that you have experienced Porsche service in the Fatherland) for another £10k or so you would get a new LHD 997 GT3 assuming that they are still taking orders. Or there are a few 996 GT3RS's on the market. Then of course there's the Speed Yellow. Nice car no doubt, but its overpriced not underpriced.

I had a look at it through the window last sunday and i must say it looks just like a new car and was indeed tempted myself in view of the little choice available at the moment.
My criteria was that my ideal car had to have aircon and be a low mileage 1 owner car and not a track thrashed in the hands of 5 previous owners (or more) example.
So quite an appealing proposition or i could wait for a similar 997 gt3 and pay £15k + more.
MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

C98 -- what a shame, it may have a more powerful aircon condensor ?
All GT3's come from Germany, dealers will happily offer extended warranties on them, Greek Cyprus is part of the EU --- so what more is there to say ?
As for the Moorlands car, why not make them an offer ?
It maybe the bargain of your life if the spec suits.
Or, you could buy a 997 GT3 --- if you can find one.
Porsche have cut production, no more 997 GT3's or RS orders will be accepted.
