When fitting HID'd to the 964 can you get a loom to make them plug and play?
Fancy some as I remember how crap the M3 was at speed when night driving. Just don't want to butcher the loom if I can help it.

Try getting hold of Neil964, he has installed some on his 964, they look good and he did a tidy job of the install.
I am sure he will reply to this thread anyway.

Yep, mine were plug and play - everything supplied in the kit from www.hids4u.co.uk - very helpful and the chap tha runs it also knows 911s, so the kit has all the right bits.

Did you go ahead with the kit in the end? If so what do you think - worth the money? I think I want to upgrade at least my bulbs for the long winter nights.

Just do it - you'll never believe the difference.

Look up ACEparts_com (Alan) on this forum - he supplied mine for the 993.

www.aceparts.com is his website

Aceparts site said:
Because our HID systems deliver double the amount of light of a traditional bulb, you can see hazards earlier – resulting in safer night driving. When travelling at motorway speeds, the additional light gained from HID bulbs can result in around a second of extra breaking time.
