Probably posted here as those on the Audi forum can't get remotely excited about the A5 either smile

Review in auto-express where it was put up against 335d coupe and pug thing can be summarised like this:
1) Less poke then BM but quieter smoother engine
2) Better ride then BM via multi-link front suspension (surprising Audi usually have terrible ride IMHE)
3) Nicer interior then BM leather is standard
4) Handles nice better balance then RS4 apparently but not as good as BM overall as a drivers car.

Basically sounds like a really nice cruiser for mid level managers to get in 3.0 diesel guise and that is it. Not really a PH car.

BTW the mag has no pictures in it so if you are interested still buy it.

Calm down. I'm a die-hard Porsche but doesn't mean to say that other cars cannot be appreciated. My seemingly simple observation was exactly that - the car looks pretty good (to my eye) and certainly a lot better than the new TT.

Saw one on the road last Friday thought it looked very good. Will reserve judgment until I actually drive one.

The Audi - of course!! I would sell an organ for the 997 TT (or two for a 993 TT)
