Anybody used Toyo R888's or Yoko AO48's ??
Discussion
Not used Yoko's but R888's are great for use on track. Very grippy when warm aon a close par with Michelin Cups and probably better than the track based Corsa's IMHO. Also very competitively priced, especially from Steve at Simply Tyres. Downside is they wear out quite quickly and they make a hell of a din during normal road driving. Corsa's are a bit better in the wet and Cups are much much worse than either in standing water.

We use the R888's as the control tyre for the Production BMW Championship. They wear pretty well considering the compound, are road legal and are superb in the dry and very good in the wet. I've put them on my Club Sport as I was so impressed with them.
