Buying a 964

ok, so I've decided to sell my 911sc and upgrade to a 964.

Can anyone tell me the definitive 'what to look for' when buying one as I understand there are issues with dual-mass fly wheels, oil leeks etc etc.

I'm also thinking of a Targa, but will be keeping it outside...what are they like for leaks ?
