Seat belt help!

Car in bodyshop today (996 C4S 2002 ) need to remove front seatbelt top mount to release interior trim and side window.
Have uncliped plastic cover and now have metal cage and adjustment Mech covering the centre bold. How does this come off?
Any help please as all work stoped until this is resolved
