Apparantly the cab roof on this will raise/lower at up to 31mph!!! how mad is that!

yeah, without the need for the handbrake

my one was a real PITA, i could sometimes trick it to put the roof up at 10mph... but only my jamming the handbrake on, not good

would be v.nice to have it work at speed

even nicer if ti was single touch!

There's no reason why that shouldn't be ok. Its structurally sound enough - even on the existing models IMO.

Damn handy to be able to do it whilst moving gently as well. Often when one is in a queue it would be nice to be able to raise the roof as it starts to patter without the need to pull over...they always seem to move off just as the roof is half way up...!

I can't recommend raising or lowering the roof whilst driving along - how distracting is that! I suppose it might be OK if your passenger does it but all the same...what a distraction!

I have seen a techart kit that has done this for the last couple of years,good to see the factory is adopting innovations from specialists where they clearly make sense.
