I haven't seen the car for ages, but on reflection, isn't it a 2.4 with the wider 2.7RS rear arches grafted on....just makes it look different to most narrow bodied pre impact cars.

That's why I wondered whether it ws Chris' car - he went RS look...but if it doesn't have the RS ducktail, I can see why it might look unbalanced

Chris didn't have the arches put on....is was a previous owner in Italy, I believe. In addition it's a 2.2 with a later 2.4 engine.

The wheels are wrong.. IIRC he has 7s all round.. And that steering wheel is horrid.. As are the seats...

I havent bought that mag for a while, but did he also have the incorrect bumper trim? Missing sill trim too?? or was the bumper stripe painted on in the wrong width??(too wide..)

Had a few rust bubbles too..

Could probably be turned into a very nice car for 10-15k...
