The needle is venturing further into the red on my 924. I think its the temperature switch that trips the fan on the radiator that needs replacing. Problem is the switch is corroded in place and I may need to replace the rad.
Any ideas ?
Anybody know where I can get a replacement radiator plus a temperature sensor ?

Thanks,
I'll try it. I'm in London I usually rely of Eurocarparts or G&S but they don't appear to be carrying rads, just the sensors.

I haven't given up on the magic of WD40 to shift that sensor yet though !

It will come on eventually. Its always waited until just before it touched the red zone but recently there have been occasions when its been going deep into the red before cutting in (and other times when it cuts in normally). I can only think of blaming the switch and/or the relay or dodgy connections in the middle somewhere that are shorting.
