CD-ROMs for 2001 sat-nav?

Hello everyone...

Got a 2002 Box S with the 'old' Porsche sat-nav in...
The one with the tape player...

I would like to get the UK cd-rom (i bought the car in germany) so it came with the German cd-rom (which contains little UK information)
I would really like the French cd-rom too eventually.

Problem is => these are very expensive & difficult to get via the dealers (over £250 each).

Does anyone know if they can be copied from another similar cd-rom?
or downloaded from somewhere on the web?
