Nice job

What did you have to do to make that work then?

Basically i removed the original lights first then mounted the new units into the aperture. Then i placed tubes over them and fibreglassed them in to give the recessed look....the panel was really concave before and i had to bring it out level, whilst reducing the No. Plate aperture at the same time.
This is obviously just a simplified explanation as it took a hell of a lot of F/Glassing, Skimming, Shaping and blending
They're wired to give 4 stop/tail lights,2 indicator and 2 reverse.Looks amazing at night and even in daylight ,can be seen for miles!

not for me dude, allthough i do agree that the back is 100% the 944's weak point stylistically.

am i imagining it or is it possible to fit 968 rear panel and tail lights onto a 944?

I've certainly seen some advertised as such... in fact found one on the bay

You can bodge a 968 PU and lamps on, but you need the whole rear quarters in order to do it properly and its far from a small job...

What an overpriced POS that car is too. Theres a rwal 968 Sport on offer on PH for only £900 more than that tarted up early dash 2.5Lux...
