CDR-22 Display lights always on

Wonder if anyone can recommend a solution to this problem. I was driving along and was trying to switch off the radio and must have pressed the wrong button or something but since then the radio display light is always on though I cannot put on the radio or cvd player or turn off the light, even if I remove the face off. HAs anyone ever had this problem? Any recommendataions?

Try removing and reinserting the stereo fuse (you'll need to look at the manual to identify it). That should do the trick. Get it sorted soon as it could drain the battery if sat idle for two or three days. Not joking - happended on my 996.
