993 Parts How much ?

I am looking at a 993 at the moment but it needs a few jobs doing to it can some one give me a steer on costs ?

Clutch (600)
Seats front re conolising
3X Wheel re furb (300)
Steering rack fitting (have the rack)
CAt 1 alarm fitting (400)
Rocker gasket fitting

I have some ideas on costs in brackets above but its only an idea so anyone who has had this done will have have a much better idea than me so any advice welcome.

Clutch £600 - good luck! The engine has to be dropped for a clutch change (thats the book method anyway) - although someone like GT1 have a technique to do it with engine in place, and will charge circa £800 for the job (Parts + labour).

Rocker Gaskets - I had these done by AFN just prior to selling the car, was about £600 from memory. (Parts + labour).

Thanks, I had the feeling I wuold be out on prices !!!! Starting to make the car look like not such a good deal which is not nececarly a bad think

Budget on FOUR wheels for refurb, £300 + VAT from Diamond Styling, incl tyre change. Only doing three may not match the fourth.

Asusme the worst on the clutch, engine out and fit new flywheel, say £1500 to cover any broken bits, selector fork etc......
