Does anyone know if there is such a thing as Cayman grill mesh, mines got leaves in already. Can't find any plenty for 996/7. I'd do it myself but I guess removing the Bumper will knacker my warranty.

If removing the bumper will knacker your warranty, surely adding non-original grill mesh will have the same effect?

No... and in any case it would be grille mesh. A grill is something you cook toast under tongue out

It's a shame that such a simple innocent Question by the OP can result in him getting such a grilling wink

Halfords black mesh - enough for a 996GT3RS/Boxter for 24 quid.

Google boxter mesh - a web site devoted to doing it.

Reckon Boxster front bumpers are the same as 996 front bumpers?

I've never liked the leaf-rabbit-twig collecting hoovers at the front...

Ummm, can't find any Gen2 Cayman ones and the round lights have moved to the grille edge so the Gen1 ones won't fit, ho hum...

Does anyone know which are the best black ones for a facelift 996 C2 with no kit. The zunsport ones look good but only list Boxsters.

Cheers

Try these guys - a few of us on the Boxa.net forum have used them

If they don't have your car listed, contact them and they will let you know if they can do it (that's what I did)
