Discussion
Morning all,
I have read various thread on pistonheads and articles on the internet relating to the reliability of the Porsche M96. What is not clear is if the number of failures is evenly spread between the various engine sizes. As far as I am aware the M96 comes in 2.5, 2.7, 3.4, 3.6, and 3.8 litre capacities.
Can anyone offer any words of wisdom?
Are there any fundamental differences in the engine design between the various capacities?
All the best.
Martin.
