Try Hi Q in Bermondsey (south side of Tower Bridge)
They have a special balancing "kit" that they attach to their machine. This is shaped as hub and so the wheels sits very accurately. They also have a very good tyre installation machine that doesnt scratch your rims. Finally they have a 60 year old bloke who actually owns the place and does the "specialist" work himeslef. When he balanced my 996 wheel he did not give up until he was down to 0 on the scale. Most of the other places just give up at 5.

the only way to get the wheels done correctly is to have them dynamically balanced. This balancing machine is more expensive than those used by kwik fit...they balance the inner & outer edge of the rim.
You do not need to disassemble the split rim to fit a tyre, just make sy=ure they are careful by standing over them.
