Anyone near Top 555 at Oakham?

had a look at the 997 turbo they have showing on stock?

wondering if its worth a drive down on bank holiday weekend to view properly.

Yep know it well. Can't comment on that car in particular, but the garage has a good reputation.

The guys at Top 555 are fantastic and the warranty provided and aftersales service were also very good. I bought my 02 996TT off them 2 years ago and I could not believe the condition it was in with 25k miles. They only seem to retail 1st class cars and must prepare them to a high standard.
The warranty also paid out on the rads and condensers with no fuss at all, so all in all I had a great result even if the car's price was initially at a premium. I would always prefer to know I have got a proper car than save a couple of grand for a lemon.

Travelled over 300 miles to get to Oakham and would do it again if they had the right car for me next time

Don't want to state the obvious - but make sure they are open. I am local to them and took a cruise over one Sunday - but they were closed. Doh!

Have been in there before, spoke to a guy called Tim - seemed a nice chappie. Although being at the top end of the price scale, they seem to shift a fair few cars, so must be doing something right.

I think you have to book an appointment to see the wares.

Often see their car transporter in and out of OPC Nottm.

yep, why bring up a 6 year old thread, must have took some hunting out ?, I go quite a lot, they look after you, the cars are prepped to high standards I cannot fault them really.
they even gave my other half a bottle of Bollinger so she felt part of the process on pick up.
