944 Turbo - price?
Discussion
the buy it now price of £11500 is certainly at the top end, but it appears to be a good one. 1989 would be a desireable year spec-wise, so it should have all the goodies. Cant remember whether the M030 suspension option would be standard in that year (I suspect not), although you may not want that anyway.
My personal opinion is that there are few 944s that genuinely deserve that kind of price tag, but if it is as good as it appears, it is up to you whether you are prepared to pay that kind of dosh.
It is debatable whether the mods make it more or less valuable, but no doubt add to the enjoyment factor. I would be inclined to see whether the original alloys are to be included in the sale.
In case you are unaware of it, head to www.titanic.co.uk and follow the links for everything you could ever want to know about the 944.

Way way way overpriced IMHO.
Although you never know he might be lucky- there is a fella advertising an average S2 for £11k in the PH classifieds after all!!
I do like this line in Mr 944T's advert however-
"Timewasters will NOT be tolerated. Idiotic test pilots are liable for a kicking"

I have recently been offered 12k for my genuine 64k mile 1990 turbo, which I turned down. Details in my profile.
There are people out there who will pay the extra if the car is every thing they want and they are fed up with looking at crap (and there is a fair amount of that).
FSH when in fact half of it is missing.
Immaculate body work with rust is another nice touch.
Good luck with the sale.

And the same buyer offered 10.5k for mine . Davyboy has been helping this chap to find one and is really struggling to find nice 944T's out there at the moment.
With some recent good press in the mags and after a few months looking at ropey ones its possible to get a good price. Glad I am not buying or selling to be honest
