Looks great. But how does the dealer know for sure that it hasn't been tracked and only been used at weekends and has Porsche warranty although it has been touched/modified by a non approved Porsche specialist. There was a similar (if not the same) car for sale approx 6 months ago

The dealer is very local to me. He works from premises beside his house but he would have good enough reputation. He mainly deals in diesel BMWs, Mercs etc, but reularly sells more exotic stuff like the above. He had a cheapish 997 turbo recently but I havent been passed in a few weeks. Give him a call and ask a few questions would be your best bet. I`ll test drive it on your behalf if you want.

I Know the person that owned this car, he now has a 997MK2 GT3. This car was traded in Porsche Belfast and then sold on to morgan cars. This car would have never been tracked are rarely driven hard at all, More for driving round this persons country estate!!

Power of PH. Did OPC Belfast sell it to Morgan cars then?

Yes 99% sure opc belfast sold it to morgan cars because I was in the opc on a monday and the car was for sale there, then 3days later it was on pistonheads being sold at morgan cars! I think someone said this in a earlier post but this is the second time car is for sale at morgan cars they've had it for at least 4months now!

What a stunning looking car. Would lose the GT3RS sticker over the rear wing, but apart from that. Stunning. smile

I am slightly confused - is it a 7.1GT3 with some bits added at point of order, or is it a 7.1GT3RS without the yellow marker on the steering wheel?

Like others I am not sure that the Gen2 stickers are an "improvement" over the Gen1 version though?

That's a shame. I would prefer to have a car that's been used and maintained.

At 15,000 miles over 3 years, this car has been used and assuming FPSH, it will have been maintained? Also, judging by the condition, it looks to have been cared for as well?

The GT3 is only a road car with track capabilities, so it doesn't need to be thrashed around a track every weekend, followed by a full engine and suspension rebuild to be a good car?

I know the first owner and the car would have been maintain meticulously. The car is a GT3.1 with RS spoiler and was ordered in Riviera Blue. The GT3.2RS graphics have been applied recently.

I saw the car after it had been traded in to the OPC and it was in fantastic condition (same price as now advertised) but was about 2 weeks from collecting the Spyder.

Hi, I'm a car dealer from Lancashire and I've dealt with Morgan cars for over 5 years, He's a very honerable guy. I supply all sorts of high performance cars to Redline Specialist cars, Imperials ltd and many other reputable dealers. I hope this puts your mind at rest re the GT3.
