Some chap in the US has had this specially built with carbon kevlar body panels, GT2 bits and some 550bhp Turbo engine.

I think it's one of the best looking Porsches i've ever seen...

Have a word with yourselves! That rear three quarter is grotesque, just look at the overhang! The front overhang is even worse.

Looks lovely - like a factory car.

I think if Porsche announced that the new 911 was switching to a mid engined layout and they showed this, there would be very few detractors.

The overhangs are big but that's not particular to this car. It looks like a pretty damn amazing tool.

I dread to think what it must have cost eek

The back looks funny.....reminds me of a 350z butt or the audi tt....too round...

front and back looks wrong .. proportion all gone, worst view is side view. looks baggy.

doesn't do anything for me at all

Yes...Irrespective of engine mods.. I've always preferred that look to the Cayman nose and the 911 arse, I've owned both now and still see this "look" as being my ultimate preference.

From my perspective, would 997 wings, lights, bumper and ancillaries be a switch or our mounting points all different?
