Hi,

At the annual check-up, the front brake discs on my Tuscan needed to be replaced. The previous owner replaced the discs with a two-piece bigger setup: 330mm in diameter. I prefer to only replace the outer rotor and leave the bell in place. However, i am not able to find the right rotor (10 bolt, most have 12). All suggestions are welcome.

Thanks,
Maurice.

sorry, no (and i am not with the car).
The only discs i found were in the USA. So today i decided i didn't want to wait and i bought the 322mm discs for the Tuscan S (single piece).
These are TVR part nr J0727 (the only ones in stock in the Netherlands). I see they were replaced by J0759. Does anyone know the difference?

Regards,
Maurice.

you will need spacers made for the 322mm, as the std ones are 304 iirc, and I had spacers made to take caliper out to 330mm, Racing Green do the spacers for std 304mm to S 322mm brakes. £50 I think. Would have been better ordering the 330mm brembo 10 bolts from Godspeed or someone. Sure another tuscan owner will buy the alloy bells off you to recoup costs..

I got the 322 discs and spacers off TVR power when I did mine on my T350c. The spacers with bolts were £19+ vat ea, discs were £145+vat I think.

i have spacers for the 330mm discs. I think we can shorten them to use with the 322mm.
I might try to sell the bells or maybe find the right discs for them and sell the tvr discs. There is a huge weight difference between current 2-piece discs and the standard (s) TVR ones (which are much heavier).

That's the reason for the two piece ones. These guys should be able to just supply the rotors
