I am looking for a replacement battery for a 2001 Y plate Tuscan, I have looked at the usual sources and they seem pretty expensive (I am guessing Racing Green with VAT and delivery is going to be £100 which does seem very expensive).

Can someone recommend a supplier for a high performance battery please as mine is dead on it's a**e after the car has been storage for some time

Thanks in advance!

Can't fault the service - next day delivery and quality product.

Last time I looked, I was amazed to find Kwik Fit had one in stock in Cambridge at less than £80.

They are rare to get off the shelf as the terminals are the opposite way round to nearly every other battery they do, but they had one in stock and I was running again in no time.

I got one from my local Indy, still £96, and I picked it up - same year/reg as yours.

I can't offer purchase locations but a word of warning. Measure your existing battery before making any purchase. I tried Kwik Fit and thier listed battery was too large. Same for the sizes on the MyTuscan site. Ended up having to go to and Indy car motor suppliers to get one that did fit. Mine is a W plate so you may be ok but.......
