Repair for Broken Seat Bolster
Discussion
I know that a few people have issues with a broken or loose seat side bolster. Mine has been reinforced somehow and works very well.
A close look and it seems to be filled with expanding foam (the aerosol sort). Seems like a good idea to me, may be worth a try for those of you with floppy ones

the floppyness of my Tuscan's side bolsters was due to the bolt that holds the side bolsters to the seat frame that had come off on one side and was loose on the other. You're not going to get the right densidy foam out of a can. Its different stuff. If you remove the 4 bolts holding the seat in place, it'll make it easier to access the bolts and to nip them tight with locktight.

I dont know exactly waht was done to mine, but it looks like foam from a can.
I can confirm, blueg33 bolsters are different to ever Tuscan I have seen, they are hard, firm and more rounded, I had thought there was a plastic stiffener in there, but the foam would explain it. My bolster is loose as well, will add that to the list! Currently re-plumbing it (the engine not the seat!), most have loose bolts or broken brackets I have seen.
