Problem of digital screen in the dashboard

Hi,

I hope you – or somebody- can answer to my question.

My Tuscan Mk2 is one of the last built with the same dashboard than Sagaris or T350, with small rectangular digital screen.

Every time I stop the engine, I lose all informations and total miles, trip miles, indicate “0”. All options I have choosen: for example brightness, contrast, miles or kilometers… are erased after each stop.
I think there is a small battery in or near the dashboard. Can somebody help me for that?

I’m in France and there is no TVR dealer to tell me!

There is a battery in the dash ECU, which is located to the right of the drivers side footwell behind a removable panel.

I tried to find that sort of box wich contains the battery but...?
My car is one LHD model, I think it's on the left of the footwell.
here I send photos, could you tell me if it's the box 1 or 2?
