is bad for your health, drove from Gloucester to Chester in my oil leaking BMW 520d, on the way back got hit by a Ford Galaxy as part of a 7 car pile up where a van didn't grasp the concept of stopping for stationary traffic. One BMW 520d now got to the the scrap yard, just glad it was raining and I didn't take the Tuscan, although saying that I would not have taken the motorway but gone the A roads.

Moral of the story, leave plenty of room in stationary traffic in case you get hit.

Much better than the car, bit of shock and bruising but the car was great in the impact.

Glad you are ok.

I have been hit twice in the A6 when on motorways, so I steer clear of the busy ones when in the Tuscan.

Changing the subject, have you done the bump steer mod yet? Spirited driving in a 7 car convoy in France has led me to think that the mod is a must, it is not acceptable that a Cayman S is a bit quicker from A to B because the bumps make it less scary!

I am warming to the idea, had hoped to wait till the winter. I have the gaz golds to fit. I think I am going with the sag steering arms. I had a good look when it went in for the mot and there isn't enough room to jack the rack up more than 10mm.

my list is getting longer! I found a great place for trim, and bought some carpet!

I thought I would do the sag arms and 10mm fix too. Just need to work out how to do it!

Welcome to come around and watch me do mine! There are a few different arm lengths, and a few variables but steering arms are £115 each.

Thinking fit the gaz golds, sag arms, and new wishbone. The do a geo check for £100 (approx) and the job is done!
