No more problems about the lighting on the S spoiler as the new spoiler doesn't have any and moulded as part of the whole boot lid. So, I guessing it could fit the standard Tuscan.

They may well have moved the fixings, but surely it could be made to fit.

I'm interested if it improves rear stability...anyone else?

Surprised they didn't remove that harpoon before they mounted that whale's tail!

(apologies LB - I couldn't stop myself )

The rear aerial has always intrigued me on Tuscans....

Some have it, some don't. And it doesn't seem to be anything to do with DAB etc because my 'S' didn't have one although it had DAB radio. Likewise, Luca Brazzi's Tuscan doesn't have DAB and doesn't have the aerial.

So what are they for??? (and why would you want one.. they're so UGLY!)

The badge is now on the bootlid, so that will be your problem. Not to mention all the pointing and sniggering from the cheap seats if you drove it anywhere

cheers

Definitely mixed opinions on the boot and spoiler.

At first when I saw the initial pics, I hated it. Then I saw it in the flesh and hated it. Kept on looking at it from various angles (hence the large number of pics) and began to think hhmmmmmmm not so bad. Now I love it.

Definitely an acquired taste. Want one.

As for the badge in the spoiler, I'm sure it could be easily filled before spraying...and remember the badge no longer operates the boot, its just a stick on (the boot operates from a button above the number plate).

LB (Doesn't really care for those in the cheaper seats )

I love the look of the new Tuscan S and the spoiler which looks great. It looks "styled" rather than a bolt on afterthought like the MK1 S, but I personally would feel it would look a little "max power" retro fitted to a MK1 Tuscan.....but thats just me....

Luca do you have a problem with high speed lift? I have never noticed a problem in my Red Rose?

Know what you mean

Whitey> Never experienced instability, but then never had to brake REALLY hard from VERY high speeds yet. If it does honestly add downforce, and doesn't need the front splitter to compliment it (although surely that's an easy fit too), I'd be very interested.

We have DAB but no 'harpoon' (standard Tuscan though)

The stubby aerial is for the DAB tuner, and is sometimes mounted on the outside of the boot as it gives better reception than when it's hidden inside the boot, which is where most cars have them fitted.

I think it looks good on my black car, but I wouldn't really want it on a lighter coloured car.

I've never actually listened to the normal radio in mine, let alone DAB so there's not much point in having it anyway!
