EFI Fault alert - Barometer 1001
Discussion
Guys hope someone can help!
My tuscan it reporting a EFI fault all the time and it will not clear when I try to reset..
From the diagnostic software I have found that the reading for the barometer is reading 1001 which according to the tvr software instructions is way to high and should be classed as a fault. I've replaced the air intake sensor that bolts onto the airbox but i still have this a EFI fault and the 1001 reading for barometer...
Anyone got any suggestions to try ???
Cheers
Andy

I've only got 1 pipe come off my air box to the oil reserve tank.

Large bore Oil tank breather hose at the front, small bore vacuum hose front inner and the barometric hose at the rear only found when removing airbox. Have read if the air filter is blocked it can cause barometric failures.Andy
Yours might be different of course!

Funny you say about the blocked air filter as this fault started to occured after i replaced it with a new one... The new one seemed to be pre oiled is that correct ??? It came from TVR power storesYours might be different of course!
