Decision made, I phoned the Carbon Can Company at 1pm yesterday (Friday). I ordered a pair of titanium cans, and was offered next day delivery, at standard price despite the fact it was a weekend delivery. At 8am today they arrived - thats just 19 hours from Lancashire to deepest Dorset. The only problem was my wife took delivery before I'd had a chance to get my explanation and excuses in!

The cans are on the car now - a 5 minute job - less than 24 hours after ordering - and they sound awesome - like I really wanted the car to sound in the first place.
What more can I say - thanks to CCC, and a wholehearted recommendation to everyone else.

Good choice.

As you say they really do make the Tuscan sound like it should have done in the first place.

The titanium ones are £390 for the pair, plus £7.50 shipping. Stainless steel is about £100 cheaper. Carbon fibre-look ones (just like the original TVR version) are about £370 if I remember correctly.

Fitted my new stainless steel cans on Wednesday night ready for my motorshow drive. They are embarassingly loud!! Brilliant!! Certainly enough to give the chaps with the maroon cerbera (mid-Essex) a good run for there money on the decibel front!

Thats very reasonable, I saw some cool three colour ones on a site somwere, like a heat treated finish but they were £700, nice though. Are they easy to change so you can swap back if you have problems and dont want to void your warranty?

What colour / design did you get?

In answer to the fitting question - it takes 5 minutes to exchange the cans if you need to put the originals back on. A squirt of WD40 half an hour before probably helps.
