Oil change

Do these have a favoured oil? 10-40 is what racetech recommended but didnt mention brand other than race oil? Presume fully synth is best or is semi better if tolerances arent high within these engines,any pointers on a diy change would be appreciated,oil filter part number if anyone knows it as doesnt come up with eurocarparts etc

I would go semi-synthetic , JNP has just done an oil change I'm sure he has some tips, could DM him.
