Emergency entry?

The electronics of my Tuscan are going nuts sometimes.... What is the "secret" emergency entry method to open the drivers door from the outside, in case the key fob fails to unlock the door? I know this secret way exists... but I don't know where to look.....

Same here, been away for 3 weeks, obviously left the car alarmed thinking it would be flat when i returned. To my surprise the battery is ok and door opened straight away. Not sure if its going to start though....
