Roof ferrule broken

At the back of the roof, there are two ferrules that the aluminium plungers feed into to secure the roof.

One of mine fell out and disintegrated. Any ideas on where to get another?

The roof is sitting slightly high at the back giving a whistle when at speed.

I tried the "big ones" that are widely advertised and got a no no. Wasn't sure if it was a can't be bothered no no!

My normal first call is to the Indy who looks after my Tuscan and occasionally to TVR Power.
