Something loose under the dash

As the title says, something has got loose under the dash and rolls around when accelerating or under braking. Having looked at the dash removal pics, I can't imagine what it could be. For anyone who has removed the dash is there something that could have broken free? I am hoping it is the thing that causes a strange vibrating noise when driving, which has been annoying me for a year or so, it goes when all warms up...odd! Time to get the dash off I guess!!!

I had something very similar with mine, took the top dash/plenum off, it turned out to be some black insulation tape (god knows how it got there), held the dash/plenum above my head and shook it until i could get the debris out via the air intake holes, that was fun! The only other thing that could come lose (but very strange) would be one of the non return flaps?

I dismantled the whole dash, and had the immobiliser and fusebox out, before I realised the rattle was one of the airbox clips come loose - good fun though.

I checked the airbox clips pretty early on and cable tied them securely shut.
