Never felt really confident under braking, after some changing of pad type with no real gains, i altered the pedal linkage out,
and found i had much more feel in the car straight away

clevis was in lower hole
.

Hi Walford

(You going to Autosport?)

Someone had lost the circlips on my pedals and then used masking tape to stop the pins coming out. Tape wore through and the pin came out, no braking eek

I played with the linkage and agree with you, I also tried playing with the front mounting as well. Much better feel.

One of my pedals had masking tape over the ends of the pins from the factory (I assume so as it hadn't been serviced anywhere else before I bought it).

My mechanic (Matt from Sebring) did this mod to my T350 last year and it's vastly improved pedal feel. Certainly worth a go for anyone whos not tried this position.

Very interesting as I think that my Tuscan brakes are pretty poor.

I'll have a look at this too, on mine. Brakes work well, but not nearly as good as the old Cerberas were.

So you move the bit up and down where the arrow is pointing, or you stick the rod in the other hole on the pedal?

You can do both, either or neither. It is a personal thing, and best to try all combinations, just remember to put the clips back it!

Ah right, thanks. Sounds like a but of fun.
