Speakers in the doors?

'lo all,
I'll soon be joining your ranks (coming from 3 1/2 years of Griff ownership) & was wondering if anyone had managed to fit speakers into the doors of a Tuscan?
Redesigned door pods to accept 6" midranges is the sort of thing on my mind, anyone done it?
