Help needed please. I am looking for some advice on what I could expect to get for my TVR. It is a May 2002 Tuscan S in Chameleon Green with Grey full leather. It has done 18K, one owner, full history from TVR Centre, with no expense spared in keeping it in top condition. It has had new cans, a close ratio gearbox fitted and is just having the rebuilt done at TVR as I type.

It is now out of warranty, but will come with 6 months engine warranty post the rebuild.

Not sure I will get the best from a dealer as I am not px for another TVR, so I think private is the best route.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Cheers
Steve

£32k-35k, depending on condition. Lots of Tuscans for sale right now, so would have to be in tip top condition to get £35k I recon, Solid price for sale would be £32k

For comparison I'm paying 40K for a similarly specced S that's 5 months newer (hence stil under warranty) from a main dealer, so 35k privately sounds about right for yours.

Ten quid and that's too much. Depreciation on a car being 50% in 3 year, is usually 50% in two years for TVR.

Question is how much is it worth to you? £25,000 on the market today. After having a rebuild it's now worth £20,000

I thought jigs was banned?

Thanks for the adivce, especially jigs! When I get the car back from TVR in the next week or two I will be putting it on the classified, with a price towards the lower end of thew discussed range.

Please let me know if any of you hear of anyone looking for a Tuscan S with the spec as mentioned below.

Cheers again
