Hi well yet another problem, thought I would start the car up just to let it warm up as I like to do every couple of weeks, opened the car as normal sat in and started it up fine. While I was sat in the car I put the driver’s window right down, and now it won’t move at all, checked the encoder by changing it with the passenger side one, don’t know where to go with this next? Is there a relay for each window somewhere? Help please! Thanks Steve.

Have you tried setting the alarm, this should make the window go up. The ecu's for the windows are under the centre console, you could try swapping them over, there is one for each window.

Can you hear the motor trying? If so can you pull the top of the glass to help it? My passenger side used to stick and I got it up by pulling on the top. I have since stripped it down and lubricated etc
