Audi R8 V8 Spyder Insurance for 1-day

Have arranged a four hour test drive of an R8 V8 Spyder Audi demonstrator vehicle and if I arrange the insurance cover, my wife and I will be able to test drive it without being accompanied by the Audi salesman.
My current insurer won't provide cover apparently because I have been with them less than one year, so I am looking for an insurance company who will cover me.
Have been trying on-line quotes, but most insurers seem to have a maximum market value limit of £50,000 which is obviously way too low... needs to be £100,000.
Can anyone help??

Day Insure?

How difficult was it to arrange the 4 hour drive? The R8 is something I'm considering next, but a 10 minute drive wouldn't really tell me much
