T88CAN Exhaust? Inc Video

The sound of "T88CAN" is probably the best I've ever heard from a Tuscan!

Just wondering if the owner, or anyone on here, could tell me what's been done to it?! Sleeved?

Love the colour as well!
Also interested to know what rear spoiler that is...?

Looking at the shape of the end cones I'd say they were CCC's. Sounds like it's decatted although quieter than some so maybe it's just had the back boxes removed instead.

Rear spoiler looks like a mk1 S without the lights. I'm not normally a fan of that colour but it's growing on me!

Ha! I left a comment on this vid a couple months back asking the exact same question! Back boxes are still in place, you can just about see them. I reckon it's a decat with loud or half baffled cans or a sports cat with loud cans!

As for the spoiler, it's a mk1 s without the reflectors in place. I am having one fitted to my mk1 next week. Bought the part from here

Think it was about 130 for the part which is pretty reasonable I thought! Then a bit extra for it to be fitted. Around 230 in total me thinks! Will let you know how it turns out if your interested?

This is a South Yorks car, not sure if the owner frequents these pages.

Here's another video of it, quite loud for a Tuscan, don't know what exhaust system it's running, but it's definitely decatted.

Tis mine. . It's decatted with NTEL's decat pipes and has CCC exhausts on. Think it's in the region of 130db on full chat - and it spits flames when hot as the people behind my car at Gaydon (with fingers in ears) will attest too . Dontcha just love your TVR.!!
The rear spoiler came from fibreon, the front splitter from raceproved. The car is now so much more stable at speed.

Glad to hear your still running the decats Phil I really should start making those things again. There was one car louder than yours though MINE!!!! I made a set of big bore cans (with a bit of internal jiggery pokery) and tried them on mine. They lasted two weeks and I had to take them off as they made my ears bleed!!!!!! Sold them to Batley Boy who loved them but unfortunately they didn't survive the accident he had on the M1. Probably just as well really For a laugh I had them noise tested whilst I was on a track day at Oulton Park. They measured 134dba @ 5000rpm They sounded absolutely bonkers.........

thanks for that! just managed to get some of the loud ccc cans zo hopefully will get a similar noize to yours! decat is already done although mine are just empty cats. will post a vid when its done!
