hard to tell from here, but .....
If the sound inside the car is much louder than outside, it could be the mounting rubbers.
Fuel pumps are noisy, thats why they are mounted in rubber fixings. After a while it's possible that one of these tear or wear. Then the pump has metal to metal contact with the chassis-mountings. That is really very noisy (inside the car).
So check the two rubbers first. Pump is mounted at the chassis in the left rear wheel arch.
