Drivers Window Stuck Open

It appears that the drivers side window has stuck half open, it would normally close when I locked the car but it is not moving and also it wont go up or down using the window switch.

Any ideas on what I can check first?

Mine did that, the little encoder in the door needed drying out.

Not been out in the rain so it should be dry, will remove the door card tomorrow and check all connections

Not wet, just damp.
