Tuscan indicator lenses
Discussion
Leon,
Only because I had to replace the coloured bulb, I found out that the fronts are glued in.
I had to remove the dip beam lamp holder...that's on a ball & socket arrangement on the adjusting screws - so just 'pops' off. With the holder out of the way you can just about get your hand in to the indicator unit.
When I tried to unscrew the lamp mount, the glue 'cracked' and the whole unit came off the car. I put in the new bulb and then used Araldite 'Rapid' to fix the unit to the car...held in place with a lot of 'scrunched-up' newspaper until the araldite hardened.
I did manage to change the bulb on the N/S by just contorting my hand and unscrewing the back-plate..that was OK.
When I finished chaning the bulbs, I did smear silicone grease on the threads of the backplate/bulbholders.
