can't shut boot
Discussion
This has happened to me occasionally. 2 things to look for:
1) Do you have the warning triangle velcroed to the boot lid ? If so try adjusting its location or moving it into the bottom of the boot.
2) Try re-seating the roof panel slightly further back in the boot.
Hope that helps.

This happens to me as well.
Try pushing the roof as far back as possible. You should be able to create a gap of about 5mm between the metal nipple and the slot on the roof. Then find something soft (which is also about 3-5mm thick). I have a peice of rubber about 5mm thick by 10x30mm.
Wedge it between the nipple and the new gap (which you have having pushed the roof back) hey presto !
It also helps stop the boot catch damaging the roof edge.
